- Check whether the wires and cables inside the fuselage and chassis are cracked or not to prevent the cables from being bitten by rats;
- Dust and wipe all photoelectric switches before starting the equipment;
- Clean the grease on the equipment guide rail and rack;
- Then, start the feeder, and then check whether the air pressure of the air source and the triplet are normal and whether there is air leakage;
- Let the equipment start idling and low-speed running-in for about 10 minutes.
- After preheating the running-in machine, check again whether there is abnormal sound in the operation of each mechanism.
- If there is no abnormal sound, normal production can be started.
