1.Glue Pot

2.Pressing

The big roller and gluing rollers press simultaneously. The latter further ensures that the edge is properly pressed to the work piece.

3.End Trimming

Through the precise linear guide rail movement,the automatic tracking of the master and the rapid cutting structure of the high-frequency high-speed motor are adopted to ensure that the cut surface is smooth and smooth

4.Rough and fine trimming

Manually control, the small profile wheel is driven by linear guide rails and is accurately positioned.

5.Corner Trimming

 With 2 motors,this device works well with various edge thicknesses and invariably result in perfect round corner.It is most suitable for edge banding of 1.5-3mm.
