Excitech dust-free cutting machine is also equipped with automatic labeling and loading and unloading functions, which can realize fully automatic operation from feeding to processing, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs.
Six-sided punching machine
Six-sided punching machine plays a vital role in furniture production. In addition to the punching function, some high-end models of six-sided punching machines also have the functions of simultaneous slotting on both sides and chamfering special-shaped processing, which can meet different technological requirements.
High-speed edge banding machine
High-speed edge banding machine is an indispensable part of furniture production line. Excitech edge banding machine adopts advanced zero glue line laser edge banding technology, and focuses the laser on the adhesive layer of edge banding through a rectangular spot system to achieve beautiful and seamless edge banding effect.

The Excitech Carton machine can automatically complete the packaging of furniture and improve the packaging quality and efficiency. Excitech Carton machine has a self-developed complete set of indication system, which can check and fill in the gaps and avoid the phenomenon of package leakage. At the same time, Excitech Carton machine can also automatically adjust the packaging size and material usage according to the packaging requirements, thus reducing the packaging cost.
