EXCITECH's smart factory project can achieve unmanned production throughout the entire lifecycle of board furniture production, including raw material storage systems, furniture board cutting, edge banding, drilling, assembly, sorting, stacking, packaging, and finished product storage. Our CNC cutting machines, fully automatic edge banding machines, and high-speed six-sided drilling centers, combined with the automated software of the customized furniture flexible processing production line, can provide comprehensive solutions for the production of cabinets and wardrobes.
EXCITECH has independently developed a 5 cm narrow board automated production line, which solves the industry challenge of narrow board automated production, with an online rate of up to 95%, a board optimization rate of 90±1%, and a reduction in defective products by 85%.
We have recently developed the EF588 laser edge banding machine, a 3kW full-power rectangular uniform laser edge banding machine, with a full stroke accuracy of 0.2mm, cast iron large column, solid die-casting, and heavy and stable construction.
Our smart production projects have been exported to more than 100 countries and regions and have been applied in many well-known domestic furniture manufacturing enterprises such as Oppein and Holike, winning the trust and praise of customers.
